Shelley Kirkpatrick, PhD, Co-Founder and CEO

Dr. Kirkpatrick’s research and prolific writing on vision statements have impacted the field of leadership for over 25 years.  At the same time, in her full-time career as an organizational psychologist, she has created innovative and creative, yet rigorous, research methodologies to provide practical solutions to a wide range of critical problems.

Dr. Kirkpatrick is an adjunct professor at George Mason University’s School of Business. She is a former professor at Carnegie Mellon University and The American University. In her free time, she practices tae kwon do, in which she is a 4th degree black belt.

Rick Kirkpatrick, Co-Founder, VP of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Kirkpatrick leads Visiontelligence’s sales and marketing.  His insights and deep understanding of social marketing helps spread the word about how Visiontelligence can help business leaders.  He draws on his C-level experience in sales and management consulting in the technology field. Throughout his career, he has worked for both large companies–Accenture, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle–as well as entrepreneurial organizations. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting single malt scotch and cooking gourmet meals for his family.
